The very first Edinburgh Pinhole Photography Festival that is being held at the Botanic Gardens 5-17 March 2012. There will an exhibition and open workshops in pinhole photography. There will be a chance to check out the new Ilford direct positive paper and the new Ilford / Harman Titan 5x4 pinhole camera. Hello Musselburgh Camera Club,
Even if you don’t recognise the name, you should recognise the website, www.edinphoto.org.uk, which is all about the history of photography in Edinburgh.Peter started the site ten years ago after a year of research and he now updates it daily. In January 2011, it had 23,300 pages and 17,000 pictures going back to at least 1839.
Peter will be giving his talk at the Mid Calder Camera Club on
Wednesday, February 22nd 2012 at 7:30 PM
We meet at The Institute Hall, Market Street, Mid Calder EH53 OAL (opposite Tonino’s Takeaway and The Black Bull).
Admission is £2 and will include tea, coffee, and biscuits.
