About the club

Musselburgh Camera Club is a non-profit-making club whose aims are to foster and stimulate interest in the art and science of photography in all its forms, and to aid and encourage all people, including young and disabled people, to take up photography and to participate in the Club’s activities. To achieve this we hold regular meetings, lectures, demonstrations, exhibitions, competitions and other photographic events. The club began in the late 1960s as the Scottish Electricity Board Camera Club, but several years ago moved to the Fisherrow Centre in Musselburgh and became Musselburgh Camera Club. The club is affiliated to the Scottish Photographic Federation, who provide us with advice and services such as insurance. You can read the club constitution by clicking this link.

Members join the club for the purpose of sharing their enthusiasm for photography. Members provide their contact details so that we can contact them about club activities. You can read the club’s privacy policy by clicking this sentence.
